Meet Maggie
I am deeply passionate about children’s mental health and emotional wellbeing! For many years I’ve worked directly with children and young people, supporting them through a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges such as anxiety, impulsivity, perfectionism, relationship difficulties and self‑harming behaviours, to name a few.
My career has taken me from an enthusiastic primary school teacher and school leader to counsellor and mental health trainer. Across every role I have seen the same truth: when adults understand how children’s emotional worlds shape their behaviour and learning, everything changes. Knowledge builds confidence - Confidence builds connection - And connection transforms outcomes.

Over the past year, I have developed a series of webinars and practical resources designed to equip adults with the tools to help children manage their emotions, express their needs, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and take ownership of their choices and behaviour.
My mission is simple: to make emotional education accessible, practical and genuinely life-changing for the children who need it — and for the adults who support them.

In 2026, I am expanding my webinars and workshops to support parents as well as teachers. Through years of counselling in private practice and delivering professional learning to educators and school leaders, one thing has become clear: adults everywhere — both at home and in the classroom — are seeking practical, evidence-based guidance to help children feel understood, regulated and empowered.
