A well-organised classroom provides order and clarity for students when they need to access resources and move around the room, especially when transitioning across lessons or retrieving resources from cupboards or tubs. Being organised also reduces some children’s anxiety of the unknown by creating predictability and a foundation of trust that the adult in the room is organised and in control.
