We approach coaching in a similar way to planning a holiday; you establish the destination (desired goal), examine your current reality of where you are starting, explore various routes or options, preempt potential obstacles and discuss how to manage them, then establish a timeline of actionable steps towards your goal. In subsequent sessions, we'll review your progress, address any barriers or challenges you may be facing, as well as celebrate your achievements and milestones along the way.

The pace of our sessions can be customised to your preferences and the time you wish to allocate to out-of-session work. Whether you prefer to meet weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, we will create a schedule that suits your needs. Our coaching packages range from three sessions to ten sessions, depending on the specific goal you want to focus on.

• Package of 3 x 50-minute sessions: $390

• Package of 3 x 50-minute sessions plus 2 x 15 minute in-between sessions: $455

• Package of 10 x 50-minute sessions: $1250

• Package of 10 x 50 minute sessions plus 6 x 15 minute in-between sessions: $1435
